🧰 Installation Tutorial – Renolink 1.99
Follow these steps in order to properly install Renolink and ensure your red interface is detected.
1️⃣ Driver Installation
Start by installing the USB driver:
CDM21218_Setup_720.exe

Double-click on the file

Follow the installation process to the end.

Restart the PC if prompted
These drivers allow Windows to recognize the Renolink interface.
2️⃣ Renolink software installation
Next, install the main program:
renolink199.exe

Right-click → Run as administrator

Follow the default installation steps
The software will automatically install itself in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Renolink\
3️⃣ Copying the license files
From the CD or folder provided:

Copy
renolink.dat -
Copy
Renolink(file or executable provided)
Paste them into the installation folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Renolink\
⚠️ Overwriting existing files is normal: accept if Windows asks you to.
4️⃣ Interface Connection
Plug in your Renolink red interface to the USB port.
Please wait a few seconds for Windows to install the drivers automatically.
5️⃣ Launching the software
Open Renolink ONLY since :
C:\Program Files (x86)\Renolink\renolink.exe
(do not launch from an external shortcut)
At this stage, the software should recognize your interface and display the connection status.
