Function to be activated via VCDS - VAG-COM software
Description of the option:
Used to modify the lighting of the hands and the dial when the lights are off.

Byte 0:
Bit 0-1: Select from the drop-down list according to the desired lighting
00 Illumination: Hands OFF and Counter OFF
01 Illumination: Hands ON and Counter OFF
02 Illumination: Hands OFF and Counter ON
03 Illumination: Hands ON and Counter ON
