CAN CLIP V234 – Renault / Dacia diagnostic software (stable offline version)

CAN CLIP V234 is the latest stable and fully functional offline version Official Renault and Dacia diagnostic software. Compatible with interfaces IVC 1 (before 2025) and IVC 3 (new generation, since 2025).

Following recent developments at Renault, the versions higher than V234 (V237, V240…) now require a Renault token (software key/dongle) to access ALL functions from vehicle authentication.

Consequently, V234 is the latest version usable without an online connection and 100% compatible with Renault and Dacia vehicles until the end of 2023.

️️ Important: certain operations called secure — such as online telecoding, advanced learning, ECU updates, or key and hands-free card programming — require a Renault token et cannot be done offlineregardless of the software version.
Furthermore, some vehicles produced after 2016-2017 They too may require a token for any communication with the computers, making the diagnosis impossible in offline mode.
In this case, it is recommended to use a old RTL2002 probe with the software CAN CLIP V192 (maximum) in order to ensure compatibility and access to diagnostics on the models 2016 to 2019.
