How to use PCM Tuner for the first time?
Preparation before installation:
- Connect the device to the computer with the power cable and the USB cable, and plug the smart dongle into the computer, like what we show you here.
- When you receive the item, please download the software and follow the PCMtuner installation video to install it.
- If your laptop installed other software, like Gurandant driver, Scanmatick, please uninstall them all.
- Install the pcmtuner software one by one.
- After installation, the software will ask "Do you want to register this device", click "Yes", then follow the instructions to register it.
- After the registration, please send us the email address you want to register the device, we will help you to create the account on the server. We will generate 2 user accounts for you:

- The username will be your registered email address and the password will be the PCMtuner serial number.
