Change value with
First Digit: Reheat
0: No reheating
1: Engine heating
Second Digit: Backup heater type
0: No backup heater
1: Auxiliary heating and ventilation installed
2: Auxiliary heating and ventilation cut off when engine off
3: Backup ventilation installed only
4: Auxiliary ventilation installed only, cut off when engine off
