Function to be activated via VCDS - VAG-COM software
Description of the option:
Enables and disables daytime running lights (DRL) from the MMI.
[09-Power plant] -> [Coding- 07] -> [Long Coding Wizard]
Byte 15:
Bit 7: This is a hidden bit, so you must directly modify the value in binary (replace the 0 by 1)
Use on the MMI
CAR Menu -> Vehicle Settings -> Exterior Lighting
The “Daytime Running Lights” menu has been added (activation/deactivation with On/Off)
