Function to be activated via VCDS - VAG-COM software

Description of the option:

Allows you to activate the brake lights/turn signals in flash mode during emergency braking.

Byte 16: 
Bit 1: Check “Emergency Brake Flashing via Brake Light active” (to activate the brake lights)
Bit 2: Check “Emergency Brake Flashing via Turn Signal active” (to activate the indicators)
