Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate or sanitary use, hazardous products or flammable gases or liquids.
Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Some health and personal care products
No exchange, credit or refund is possible once the sale of a digital product is confirmed. Indeed, it is impossible for us to cancel an order from the moment you receive the download link which gives you access to the product you have purchased. Moreover, AUTODIAG-France is not responsible for an error in your choice at the time of purchase.
Compatibility issues between a digital product and an electronic device are generally not reimbursed.
To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase and make your request to the following email: email@example.com
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use.
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or that has some missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
2. Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
3. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Then contact the credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.
If after completing all these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
4. Sale Items (if applicable)
Only items with regular prices can be refunded. Unfortunately, reduced items are not refundable.
5. Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same article, send us an e-mail to email@example.com.
If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and it was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item has not been identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to first receive the item for you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know that you have returned the item.
To return a product, you must complete the withdrawal form available in the FAQ section and send it to us at the following email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item and providing us with the tracking number of the item to verify your shipment.
Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to purchase delivery insurance in addition to delivery tracking. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
