Enables the display of speed cameras on the MMI with only the rear Audi Parking System option.

Replace the second "0 (starting from the left) with a “2»
Ex: Replace “0001216” by “0201216 »

0 = without Visual Display on the MMI
2 = with Visual Display on the MMI
